This BB Birthday Bash is organized by ETV Balbharat and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions:

Participants are citizens of India in the age bracket of 4 to 14 years as on start date of the submission of entries. The first ten (10) entries as Birthday wishes and photographs received will be selected in random and will be published in ETV Balbharat website [ www.etvbalbharat.com ] on the specific date of the month.

Participants are viewers of the channel ETV BALBHARAT ?.

By participating in the ‘BB Birthday Bash’ and accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions herein and generally as part of the submission process, the Participant hereby exclusively, irrevocably and unconditionally assigns all copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the Entry (including without limitation all exploitation rights thereof across all modes , mediums, formats, platforms and technologies, whether in existence now; or in existence now, but not in commercial use on the date of execution hereof; or are developed in future) for the territory of the entire world in perpetuity, in favour of the Organizer, on and with effect from the date of submission of the Entry, for exploitation in the manner determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents. It is made abundantly and evidently clear that such Participants are participating in the ‘BB Birthday Bash’ with the consent and assistance of the Participant’s parents/guardians. Accordingly, the Participants shall provide all the necessary documents/proof as required by the Organizer upon its request in this regard. The validity of such proof shall be determined by Organizer at its own discretion.

The submission of the ‘BB Birthday Bash’ Entry by the Participant to Organizer is voluntary, is not solicited by Organizer, and not in confidence.

There is no agreement between Organizer and the Participant or any third party, express or implied, relating to Organizer’s use or failure to use the Entry or any part thereof.

The Participant shall not assert against Organizer, its affiliates, licensees, assigns, officers, agents or employees any claim of any nature arising out of any alleged use by Organizer of the Entries or any part thereof.

The Participant will not hold Organizer responsible for any loss, theft of the personal information, or any part thereof, including without limitation, the name, photographs, etc. The Organizer will however take ample care to protect the privacy of the submitted entries and its judicious use in the ETV Balbharat official website.

He / she has an unconditional right and authority to participate and submit the Entry and to grant Organizer the right to broadcast on its channels and official website and all such modes, media and formats determined by the Organizer at its discretion, the Entries that may be submitted and such other details as may be submitted and further edited to participate in the publishing procedurals on official website.

ETV Balbharat BB Birthday Bash : The submission of entries shall commence from 20th April 2023 as decided by the Organizer. Any Entry(ies) received after the stipulated Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the said BB Birthday Bash.

Selection of Entries : The Organizer shall select total ten photographs and Birthday wishes on daily basis to be published on ETV Balbharat website on first come basis out of random selection who, (i) have submitted the Entry in accordance with the said Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion; and (ii) strictly meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, as the participants in the BB Birthday Bash.

In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this BB Birthday Bash, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding on all concerned.

The Contest shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent court/s at Hyderabad -Telangana alone.

The decision of the Organizer in connection with the entries received and published will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
